Power Steering Pump Obsolesence:

Extract from US Army PS Magazine showing that basic Humvee Power Steering Pumps have been superceded by A2 pumps. Hence direction of rotation for power steering pumps is the same V-belt or serpentine (unlike A2 serpentine belt water pump):
