Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Adjustment:

I have changed the TPS on my '94 and it is very simple to adjust. No blocks and no special tools. All you need is a voltmeter, put the voltmeter in parallel with the TPS and adjust. Takes about 30 seconds to adjust. No gage block is needed. Adjust for idle and WOT will be right on, or very close. After changing the TPS three times I realized they are very moisture sensitive. Now when I wash the engine I cover the TPS. This one has lasted over three years.
