Parking Brake Adjustment, Later Models:

Here's the adjustment procedure for 1995 and later civilian models (uncertain about 1994. Check the Procedure for HMMWVs and early civilian models if this procedure does not apply)

On later civilian models you adjust the knob on the top until you can only just pull the lever over center to lock the brake on, or adjust it until you can't pull it over center then back it off until you can.
